We are pleased to announce the upcoming webinar âACM from the patientsâ perspectiveâ, organised by the IMPACT EU-projekt and focused on the engagement of patient associations in arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM) and on the importance of their collaboration with the scientific community in raising awareness and supporting patients and families.
The session will include an overview of the project presented by Prof. Alessandra Rampazzo a következĆbĆl: UniversitĂ degli Studi di Padova, who will illustrate HATĂS âs objectives and the main results achieved so far.
The discussion will feature Dr. Ruth Biller, az alåbbi elnök: ARVC-Selbsthilfe, a German non-profit advocacy patients group providing information and community support to individuals and families with ACM, and Maurizio Fabbri, az Európai Bizottsåg elnöke La Stella di Lorenzo, an Italian organisation engaged in raising awareness and supporting families affected by cardiac conditions.
Both associations will share their mission, main activities and perspectives on collaboration between patients and researchers, early diagnosis, prevention and advocacy in bridging science and society.
The event will also include testimonies from patients, offering personal experiences on daily life with ACM and priorities for future research.
This webinar represents an opportunity to connect research and patient experience, fostering dialogue and a shared commitment to improving care and quality of life!
The webinar will be held in English.
