(ACM).<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd2c L\u2019\u00e9tude, intitul\u00e9e \u00ab<strong><em>Caract\u00e9risation ph\u00e9notypique et transcriptomique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de la cardiomyopathie li\u00e9e \u00e0 la desmine dans les cardiomyocytes d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du hiPSC et classification des caract\u00e9ristiques de la maladie bas\u00e9e sur l'apprentissage automatique<\/em><\/strong>\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 dans <strong class=\"ql-hashtag\" data-test-ql-hashtag=\"true\">#EuropeanJournalOfCellBiologie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udec0 Cette \u00e9tude propose une analyse ph\u00e9notypique, fonctionnelle et transcriptomique int\u00e9gr\u00e9e de la cardiomyopathie li\u00e9e \u00e0 la desmination caus\u00e9e par une mutation pathog\u00e8ne dans la <strong class=\"ql-hashtag\" data-test-ql-hashtag=\"true\">#DES<\/strong> g\u00e8ne, en utilisant des cardiomyocytes d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de hiPSC.<\/p>\n<p>En combinant l'imagerie avanc\u00e9e, les mod\u00e8les de tissus cardiaques d'ing\u00e9nierie (EHT) et l'analyse bas\u00e9e sur l'apprentissage automatique, la recherche r\u00e9v\u00e8le comment la mutation perturbe la structure cellulaire, la fonction mitochondriale et la
