acceso abierto desarrollada en el marco de <strong class=\"ql-hashtag\" data-test-ql-hashtag=\"true\">#IMPACTO<\/strong>, contribuyendo a la investigaci\u00f3n de vanguardia sobre la miocardiopat\u00eda arritmog\u00e9nica (ACM).<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udd2c El estudio, titulado \u00ab<strong><em>Caracterizaci\u00f3n fenot\u00edpica y transcript\u00f3mica integrada de la miocardiopat\u00eda relacionada con la desmina en cardiomiocitos derivados del hiPSC y clasificaci\u00f3n de las caracter\u00edsticas de la enfermedad basada en el aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico<\/em><\/strong>\u201d se ha publicado en <strong class=\"ql-hashtag\" data-test-ql-hashtag=\"true\">#EuropeanJournalOfCellBiology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83e\udec0 Este estudio ofrece un an\u00e1lisis fenot\u00edpico, funcional y transcript\u00f3mico integrado de la miocardiopat\u00eda relacionada con la desmina causada por una mutaci\u00f3n pat\u00f3gena en el cuerpo. <strong class=\"ql-hashtag\" data-test-ql-hashtag=\"true\">#DES<\/strong> gen, usando cardiomiocitos derivados de hiPSC.<\/p>\n<p>Al combinar im\u00e1genes avanzadas, modelos de tejido card\u00edaco dise\u00f1ado (EHT) y an\u00e1lisis basados en el aprendizaje autom\u00e1tico, la investigaci\u00f3n revela c\u00f3mo la mutaci\u00f3n altera la estructura celular, la funci\u00f3n mitocondrial y la contractilidad.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 Los resultados demuestran c\u00f3mo el fenotipado impulsado por la IA y los modelos card\u00edacos basados en c\u00e9lulas madre pueden avanzar en la comprensi\u00f3n de las cardiomiopat\u00edas arritmog\u00e9nicas y relacionadas con la desmina, allanando el camino hacia diagn\u00f3sticos de precisi\u00f3n y estrategias terap\u00e9uticas
