\ud83d\udca1\u00a0Michele Crudele<\/strong> from Lutech<\/strong> explains how AI-driven models are enhancing the analysis of immunofluorescence, histological and electron microscopy images, transforming complex biomedical data into actionable insights.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udca1\u00a0Christian Steinkuhler<\/strong> of Italfarmaco<\/strong> outlines the company\u2019s dual involvement in IMPACT: providing highly characterized tool compounds for partner analyses and exploring biological links between Duchenne muscular dystrophy and ACM to inform new research directions.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udca1\u00a0Magdalena Harakalova<\/strong> from UMC Utrecht<\/strong> describes how integrated patient datasets – including tissue, genetic, and imaging data – allow her team to map disease progression, identify new biomarkers and improve patient stratification.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udca1\u00a0Finally, Mariana Branco<\/strong> of CoLAB AccelBio<\/strong> presents advanced cardiac organoid models derived from hiPSCs, which replicate both the structural and functional features of the human ventricular myocardium and offer powerful systems to investigate disease mechanisms.<\/p>\n

Together, these interviews showcase the interdisciplinary strength of IMPACT and the valuable expertise of its partners, demonstrating how collaborative innovation is driving the project toward meaningful advancements in cardiovascular research.<\/p>\n
