We are pleased to announce the upcoming webinar \u201cACM from the patients\u2019 perspective<\/strong>\u201d, organised by the IMPACT EU project<\/span><\/a> and focused on the engagement of patient associations in arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy (ACM)<\/strong> and on the importance of their collaboration with the scientific community in raising awareness and supporting patients and families.<\/p>\n

The session will include an overview of the project presented by Prof. Alessandra Rampazzo<\/a><\/strong> from the\u00a0Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Padova<\/a>, who will illustrate IMPACT <\/span><\/a>\u2019s objectives and the main results achieved so far.<\/p>\n

The discussion will feature Dr. Ruth Biller<\/a>, Chair of ARVC-Selbsthilfe<\/strong>, a German non-profit advocacy patients group providing information and community support to individuals and families with ACM, and Maurizio Fabbri<\/a>, President of La Stella di Lorenzo<\/a>, an Italian organisation engaged in raising awareness and supporting families affected by cardiac conditions.<\/p>\n

Both associations will share their mission, main activities and perspectives on collaboration between patients and researchers, early diagnosis, prevention and advocacy in bridging science and society.<\/p>\n

The event will also include testimonies from patients<\/strong>, offering personal experiences<\/strong> on daily life with ACM and priorities for future research.<\/p>\n

This webinar represents an opportunity to connect research and patient experience, fostering dialogue and a shared commitment to improving care and quality of life!<\/p>\n

The webinar will be held in English<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
